Claude, protagonis GTA 3, tiba di kota Vice yang cerah dan tidak luput dari perhatian. Pemasangan (singkat):

- Di TXD TOOL, buka gta3hi.txt, atur format ke "Uncompressed 32bpp" dan terapkan tekstur baru melalui "Overlay Textures".

Sebelum menginstal, buat salinan cadangan dari file asli. Mod ini cocok untuk mereka yang ingin menyegarkan suasana permainan sedikit, tanpa merusak gayanya.
Claude, the protagonist of GTA 3, arrived in sunny Vice City and did not go unnoticed. Installation (briefly):
- Extract the ped_high.img, ped_high.dir, and gta3hi.* resources from the obb files (via ES File Explorer);

- Import the new player2.dff from the archive;
- In TXD TOOL open gta3hi.txt, set the format to "Uncompressed 32bpp" and apply new textures via "Overlay Textures".

Before installing, make a backup copy of the original files. This mod is suitable for those who want to freshen up the atmosphere of the game a bit, without breaking its style.
