INSTRUKSI INSTALASI:
1-Buat salinan cadangan file permainan Anda sebelum menginstal mod.
2-Buka program "IMG TOOL" dan ikuti jalur:(C, D, E... dll.)\GTA San Andreas\models\gta3.img.
3-Dalam file "gta3.img", cari "phoenix.dff dan phoenix.txd", ganti dengan file baru dari arsip.
4-Masuk ke folder data dan buka "handling.cfg" dengan "Notepad" untuk mengganti baris penanganan (PHOENIX).

2-Open the "IMG TOOL" program and follow the path:(C, D, E... etc.)\GTA San Andreas\models\gta3.img.
3-In the "gta3.img" file, find "phoenix.dff and phoenix.txd", replace them with new files from the archive.
4-Go to the data folder and open "handling.cfg" with "Notepad" to replace the handling line(PHOENIX).
