Mod ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan tekstur papan Brown Starfish Bar & Grill di dinding kasino yang terletak di Strip, di sebelah gedung Candy Suxx. Tujuan utama dari perbaikan ini adalah untuk membuat tekstur lebih tajam dan lebih detail sambil tetap sesuai dengan gaya game aslinya. Mod ini dibuat sebagai bagian dari proyek ROSA Evolved , yang dikenal dengan remaster tekstur HD-nya untuk GTA San Andreas, yang berfokus pada pelestarian suasana game aslinya.

This mod aims to improve the texture of the Brown Starfish Bar & Grill sign on the casino wall located on the Strip, next to the Candy Suxx building. The primary purpose of this fix is to make the texture sharper and more detailed while staying as true to the original game’s style as possible. The mod is created as part of the ROSA Evolved project, which is known for its HD texture remaster for GTA San Andreas, focused on preserving the original game’s atmosphere.
