Modifikasi ini sepenuhnya menggantikan KCHAT dengan stasiun radio musik yang lengkap menampilkan 30 lagu legendaris dari tahun 70-an dan 80-an — dari Bee Gees dan ABBA hingga Donna Summer dan CHIC. Ini adalah pilihan sempurna bagi mereka yang ingin menambahkan suasana pesta dansa yang meriah, klub malam, dan suara disco ikonik ke dunia Vice City. Radio ini terintegrasi ke dalam permainan seolah-olah selalu menjadi bagian dari soundtrack asli.
Instalasi:
- Salin dan tempel file KCHAT.adf ke dalam folder Audio di direktori permainan.

It's the perfect choice for those who want to add the atmosphere of vibrant dance parties, nightclubs, and iconic disco sounds to the world of Vice City. The radio is integrated into the game as if it had always been part of the original soundtrack.
Installation:
- Copy and paste the KCHAT.adf file into the Audio folder in the game directory.
- To set a thumbnail (radio icon), use TXD Editor — open the file frontend2.txd in the models folder, replace the original image with kchat.png and save.
- You can also change the name of the radio station using GXT Editor — open the file american.gxt, find the line with the ID FEA_FM2, double-click on it, change the text, and save the file.
