It uses modified versions of pedspec.asi and enbseries, this mod is designed for Low Specs computer and works very well even at full graphics, enjoy!
Install:
Simply drag and drop the files inside the folder GTA San Andreas or modloader.

- StreamMemFix (StreamMemFix2.2_test2 being the fastest).
