Mod ini mengubah mobil polisi LSPD standar menjadi mobil patroli LCPD tahun 1970-an. Pemasangan:1. Persiapan berkas:
- Buka ES File Explorer.
- Buka Penyimpanan Internal > Android > obb.
- Temukan folder dengan GTA San Andreas, buka.
- Ubah nama berkas, tambahkan ".obb" di akhir.
- Unzip gta3.img dari folder texdb , serta folder gta3 itu sendiri.
- Unzip berkas dff.zip dan txd.zip dari mod.
2. Mengganti model:
- Buka IMG TOOL.
- Muat gta3.img dari texdb.
- Temukan dan hapus copcarla.dff.
- Tambahkan copcarla.dff baru dari mod.
3. Penggantian tekstur:
- Buka TXD TOOL.
- Buka gta3.txt.
- Klik ikon TXD kedua di sudut kanan bawah.
- Pilih "Buka", lalu "Timpa dan Buat Asosiasi".
- Lakukan penimpaan cepat.
Setelah terpasang, mobil polisi LCPD yang akurat secara historis yang baru akan muncul dalam game.

This mod changes the standard LSPD police car to a 1970s LCPD patrol car. The original game contains LCPD livery, but it is not era appropriate — real New York City police cars of that time had one white stripe, not two, as in the 1990s. In this mod, the textures have been corrected for greater historical accuracy.

Installation:1. File preparation:
- Open ES File Explorer.
- Go to Internal Storage > Android > obb.
- Find the folder with GTA San Andreas, go to it.
- Rename the file, adding ".obb" at the end.
- Unzip gta3.img from texdb folder, as well as the gta3 folder itself.
- Unzip the dff.zip and txd.zip files from the mod.
2. Replacing the model:
- Open IMG TOOL.
- Load gta3.img from texdb.
- Find and delete copcarla.dff.
- Add a new copcarla.dff from the mod.
3. Texture Replacement:
- Open TXD TOOL.
- Go to gta3.txt.
- Click the second TXD icon in the lower right corner.
- Select "Open", then "Overwrite and Create Association".
- Do a quick overwrite.
Once installed, the new historically accurate LCPD police car will appear in the game.
