Paket mod ini adalah kumpulan perbaikan dan peningkatan fungsional terbaik dan terkini yang dikembangkan oleh komunitas.
Tujuan dari proyek ini adalah untuk menyederhanakan proses patching game sambil melestarikan tradisi aslinya dengan membuat instalasi semudah SilentPatch. Mencoba mensimulasikan Rockstar sendiri jika mereka merilis patch resmi untuk game mereka.
Fitur:
- Dukungan 60 FPS untuk pengalaman bermain game yang lebih lancar.
- Antarmuka HD dalam desain aslinya tanpa distorsi.
- Mode layar lebar yang tepat dengan penskalaan yang benar.
- Perbaikan bug penting yang mengatasi masalah kritis (LeftoverFix (diperpanjang), SilentPatch, SkyGFX, dll.).
- Fitur tambahan dari Vice City: sistem kulit dan tulang, menusuk ban, jendela mobil yang bisa pecah, pantulan yang ditingkatkan, dan pencahayaan dinamis dari indikator.
- Sistem kamera tetap: rotasi bebas di kendaraan dan perspektif gaya PS2 klasik.
Instalasi:

This modpack is a collection of the best and most up-to-date fixes and functional improvements developed by the community.
The goal of this project is to simplify the process of patching the game while preserving the traditions of the original by making the installation as easy as in the case of SilentPatch. Trying to simulate Rockstar themselves if they released an official patch for their game.
Features:
- 60 FPS support for a smoother gaming experience.
- HD interface in its original design without distortion.
- Proper widescreen mode with correct scaling.
- Essential bug fixes addressing critical issues (LeftoverFix (extended), SilentPatch, SkyGFX, etc.).
- Additional features from Vice City: skin and bones system, tire puncturing, breakable car windows, improved reflections, and dynamic lighting from indicators.
- Fixed camera system: free rotation in vehicles and a classic PS2-style perspective.
Installation:
- Extract the files into the game folder.
- Requires EXE 1.0 (original version).

This modpack is divided into two parts:

- Additional Content (updated textures in original quality and enhanced radio).
Unlike other community modpacks, this one focuses solely on fixes rather than custom modifications, preserving the authenticity of the original game.
